The best way to reach me? Well, I do most of my communicating through Facebook via Andreas Homestead:
You can always message me there. If you prefer, leave me a message here too.
You can find me at the Apex Farmers Market https://www.apexfarmersmarket.com/ on Saturday mornings 8:30-12:30.
I’m interested in a heritage turkey for three people this thanksgiving. If not heritage what other turkey breeds do you raise? I live in Chapel Hill and would be interested in picking up a turkey. Please let me know how to purchase. Thank you.
Hi Carol,
I’m sorry, but this year we did not raise any heritage turkeys, only broad breasted whites. What I still have available at this point is 18+ lb turkeys. That’s probably quite a bit larger than you need.
do u sell fresh chicken eggs? If so how much a dozen? Also can I pick them up? Where are u located?
I am intrested in 3 dozen. I arrived in NC Wednesday morning from NJ.
Hi,
I hope you got my email response. I do sell fresh chicken and duck eggs. Please reach out to me again if you are still interested.
Hi Andrea,
I have used my last pkg of chicken feet! Do you have any to sell?
Also, would like to buy your organic, free range eggs. How much are they and do you have any available?
I am not on Facebook so is this the best way to communicate with you?
Hi Sharon, It’s probably best to text message me. I’ll email you my number.
My name is Mel…
Last Saturday, I met Mike and friends in Carpenteria.
We share the same interest in classic car collecting.
He asked me to leave contact information at this website.
Hi Mel, Yes he told me about you. I will pass along the information. Thanks for reaching out.
Can you send me your pricing for your eggs? Can I pick them up ?
Hi Sara,
Chicken eggs are $6.75 per dozen and duck eggs are $8 per dozen. Eggs are in short supply right now as chickens are molting and I have fewer ducks than chickens. Also as the days get shorter, chickens lay fewer eggs. Since I let them follow nature, I do not artificially light the hen house, like commercial growers, to make them lay more eggs. They will pick back up in spring. Yes, you can pick up at the farm but you should always check with me first to see if I have eggs available. Also, you can find me Saturday mornings at the Apex Farmers Market 8:30-12:30. Thanks for asking
